At Intuition Nutrition, YOU are in charge of how sessions flow.

We will get to know you, learn more about your goals and hopes for the session, get a sense of your medical history and detailed dietary history, learn more about your relationship with food, and come up with a plan that feels right for you.

This is our opportunity to check-in and chat about how things have been going for you. A chance to discuss what has been working well, what has been challenging, and what may need to be adjusted to better suit you. 

This session is for 2 individuals

(i.e. couples, partners, two members of the same household, caregiver and client) at the same time.

It is essentially two initial consults (one for each individual) combined into one joint session.

60 minute initial +

(2) 30 minute follow-up sessions 

= 3 sessions



Payment due at the time of booking.
Each session must be used within

6 months from the time of booking.

(2) 30 minute follow-up sessions 

= 5 sessions


Payment due at the time of booking.
Each session must be used within

12 months from the time of booking.


Registered Dietitian services are often covered by health insurance or benefit plans.
Ask your employer or benefit provider to find out if you receive coverage.
